1. Roles and Responsibilities

主要工作职责
- Tactical planning and execution, in-store promotion and events for the local clients·
- Work closely with local sales team for the tailor made key accounts programs
- Develop the regional trade marketing tools under the guideline
- Track competitors' marketing activities and sales performance
- Evaluate the regional trade marketing programs
- Ensure the regional trade marketing spending is well controlled and efficient

Qualifications

基本任职资格
- At least 3 years of sales/marketing experience. From FMCG or OTC industry is a plus.
- Analytical skills in planning, implementing and interpreting
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills, a proven doer and team player
- Proactive, passion to win in a tough competitive environment and ability to work independently and under pressure
- Knowledge in sales operations and key account management
- Good command of computer skills
