Position Title: Shopper Marketing Specialist (사원-과장급)

- Develops and executes business plans to meet future needs and expectations. Supports sales and profit objectives of the organization. Leads efforts across multiple functions, channels and international regions to protect our brands from any attack.

Part B: Principal Responsibilities
- Understanding J&J’s global retail marketing direction, plan and modify at territory level
- Lead and plan seasonal category retail marketing strategy to drive brand and business success
- Work closely with related functions (Brand Marketing, Sales and Merchant) for the successful launch of quarterly retail marketing initiatives.
- Responsible for fully understanding the retail environment as it relates to all channels and accounts.
- Leads Category Management project with selected customers.
- Analyzes market & retail data.
- Facilitates shopper research and update market data.
- Leads Shopper Marketing project for the customer as a Shopper consultant
- Coordinates to execute category growth plans in store
- Takes part to improve J&J In-store excellence as an advisor with shopper insight.
- Provide & Update Category performance
- Promotion scheme development

Preparing and providing on-time report

Qualifications


Required:

·
- Bachelor’s degrees or above
- 3-5 years of experience in sales and marketing in consumer goods (대리-과장급)
- Basic understanding of marketing & business planning
- Proactive & positive & innovative mind
- Understanding Internal Selling Process
- Good inter-personal relationship
- Strong communication & negotiation skills
- Self Management Skills
- Strategic sales & planning Skills
- Problem solving & decision making skills
- Relationship building skills
- Excellent English communication (Writing & Oral) ability

Excellent MS Office skills (Word, PPT, Excel)
