· Professional Marketing Manager
The Position
Strategy development and execution of programs the Eye Care Professionals (ECPs), to engage them and drive strong recommendation for ACUVUE® Brand Contact Lenses. This individual holds true to the fundamentals of marketing competencies to leverage validated insights about consumers and the ECPs, and develop effective marketing programs targeted at ECPs to drive strong brand recommendation in-store.
Roles & Responsibilities:
1. Integral role in the development of brand strategies:
- Helps to build the vision for the overall brand from a professional angle, and develop and lead professional business strategies that are consistent with that vision.
2. Spearhead the development and implementation of Professional Marketing Programs to build strong ECP relationships and in-store brand recommendation:
- Uses in-depth knowledge of the components of brand management, consumer and ECP insights to lead the development of professional marketing programs that support the business objectives/brand initiatives
- Identifies the ECP targets, determine the needs of ECPs, insights, claims generation, market research, data analysis, and programs to maximize ECP leverage for in-market success
- Proactively Influence the influencers through development of ECP engagement programs
- Collaborate with Regional team to identify and leverage best practices; and technical community, local marketing, and cross-functional team members, to plan and execute local Professional Marketing programs
3. Build knowledge and Professional Marketing Program effectiveness
- Applies in-depth knowledge of critical success factors to establish tools and metrics that tracks and improve Professional Marketing Plan performance
- Researching and diving deep into the current landscape to create knowledge estate reviews

Qualifications
- Bachelor's Degree or above, preferably with MBA or Master in Marketing
- Minimum 8 years' solid Professional Marketing experience gained in Healthcare companies with proven track record; with over 3 years supervisory or managerial capacity
- Impactful communication and proficient interpersonal skills
- Analytical and strategic thinking with innovative mind
- Independent, self-driven, enthusiastic and strong team player
- Good planning and communication skills with fluency in English and Chinese (verbal and written)
