Key responsibilities:
- Under BU head and leadership’s direction, to develop Joint sales plan based on business goals/objectives quarterly and annually established in conjunction with the next highest level business growth in China market.
- To formulate and communicate overall sales objectives, policies, and create short and long term strategic sales plans for the Joint BU. Ensures effective implementation and execution of sales commitments to direct Joint business growth and to achieve both short-term and long-range sales objectives.
- Build effective and meaningful cross collaboration among internal stakeholders including Professional Education, Sales Training, Marketing, and Regional partners to further accelerate the Sales target opportunities in the short and long term.

· Deliver the sales strategy ensuring that the delivery of plans brings profitable growth in excess of market place and competition

· Manage of sales expenses optimizing utilization of financial resources to defined budgets

· Develops sales strategies and campaigns aligned to business objectives to deliver sales goals

· Develop key relationships with thought-leaders and relevant KOLs nationally and globally through fellowship or road-show

· Broad contact base with HCP’s within the Orthopedic field and create new business from Joint and Trauma surgeons with certain professional education and training program

· Conducts business activities in compliance with ethics and legal requirements

Qualifications


People Leadership:
- Continuously build sales leadership team pipeline with high potential individuals
- Lead sales team in daily activities to deliver customer and organizational goals
- Effectively recruit, coach and provide feedback to staff in compliance with performance management process
- Coordinates sales distribution by establishing sales territories, quotas, and goals
- Responsible for ensuring personal and subordinates comply with all national, local and company regulations, policies and procedures for Health, Safety and Environmental

People Capability

- Competent professional knowledge and background in all orthopaedics business

- Strong leadership skills with the ability to build and motivate our team

- A person with flexibility to adapt to challenging situations and ability to work under pressure and quality oriented
- Ability to engage multiple business partners in order to deliver results to succeed in delivering top and bottom line growth and experience in managing budgets

- Use initiative to improve long term business results, and know how to leverage international KOLs resource from US and Asia Pacific for developing China business growth

Customer Excellence:
- Develop strong relationships with key customers and opinion leaders
- Keen understanding of the issues within the orthopaedic Joint space locally and globally– including but not limited to clinical issues, competitors, funding, pricing, competitive strategies etc
- Represents, communicates and promotes company values and offering to the customer
- Represents the company at customer facing events such as Joint and Arthroplasty conference, educational forums and customer meetings
