Description
- Develop communication strategies align with group strategies
- Build up communication platforms to facilitate internal communication and enhance employee engagement (Newsletter/ WeChat/ Website etc.)
- Organize internal events to build team culture (Volunteer events, annual meeting, regional meeting, happy hour etc.)
- Support corporate communication strategies and execution
- Work with AP communication team to ensure the consistency and localization of communication messages
- Develop branding tools to ensure the execution of branding guidelines
- Develop patient education strategies to achieve business goal

Qualifications

- Bachelor degree, MBA is preferred
- Experienced in Corp Communications and Brand building, Marketing experience is a plus
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
- Good leadership with experienced in practical people management
- Team work and high emotional quotient
