Janssen Pharmaceuticals, Inc. is recruiting for a District Manager within the Internal Medicine Retail Sales Force in Little Rock, Arkansas. The position is field based and requires significant travel (approximately 50%) including coaching sessions, various field and in-house meetings, training, development, and customer visits.

These sales professionals also work collaboratively with other Internal Medicine and North America Pharmaceutical Sales Forces to support the use of Janssen Pharmaceutical Inc. and Johnson & Johnson products in treating relevant disease states.

Qualifications
Bachelor's degree required. M.B.A. or Masters preferred. Position requires at least 3 years of management experience in the healthcare industry (pharmaceutical, medical device, other) or successful attainment of the District Business Acumen phase of the Company's Management Development Program; Excellent written and oral communication skills; Valid driver's license and clean driving record; Ability to travel as necessary up to 50% or more (some overnight and weekends are required); Pain, cardiology and metabolic experience preferred; Preference with be given to candidates with documented sales results, including examples of company awards. Qualified candidates must reside within or near applicable geography.
