Biosense Webster is a specialized in providing products and therapies to treat tachycardia, specifically non-valvular atrial fibrillation that is one of the most common disease with people over 65 and the one that significantly increases the risk of stroke. The company has a wide range of diagnostic and therapeutic products as well as a three dimensional navigation system to support cardiac ablation procedures. Biosense Webster is the clear market leader in Electrophysiology, both worldwide and in EMEA, and one of the growth engines of the Global Surgery group. In EMEA the revenue exceeds $350M and the growth rate is double digit.

The EMEA Commercial department is responsible to create and deploy commercial strategies, pricing guidelines, incentive programs and special promotions to maximize adoption rate with new product launches and drive market share gain with other Must Win products.

Job description
- Responsibility for creating commercial strategies for new products – together with Commercial Director
- Support commercial program deployment across EMEA and coach area business managers on execution
- Follow- up on centralized sales incentives and reward programs
- Create general guidelines for distributor operation markets
- Responsible for commercial training, certification and re-certification
- Team member in new product introduction projects
- Drive procedure pricing and virtual kit programs
- Primary contact point for the implementation of a new CRM system
- Analyze and present commercial and pricing dashboards – together with the Commercial Analyst
- Collaboration with Business intelligence team on competitive and product information
- Managing the Commercial Analyst as the direct supervisor

Qualifications


Education & experience
- Bachelor degree, but preferably Master in Business Administration
- At least 10 years’ experience with medical devices
- Work experience in sales and marketing required, in finance is preferred
- At least 5 years of field experience in managerial positions
- Fluency in English both oral and written
- Training in sales coaching is desirable

- Engage and motivate sales management in multiple countries

- Focus on customer intimacy and ability to create market appropriate actions
