Key Responsibilities:
People Management:
• Manage a group of EES&E product specialists responsible for sales in designated regions of Russia;
• Ensure subordinate product specialists possess necessary product, sales, communications and reporting skills and work in full compliance with HCC regulation and Russian legislation;
• Work with product specialists on their goals and objectives to ensure accurate business goals and personal development objectives are set and being met;
• Lead visits to accounts as well as subordinate staff participation in scientific events;
• Coordinate product specialists’ efforts implementing cross-regional projects and initiatives;
• Conduct constant persistent communication with subordinate product specialists in regard of strategic planning and business goals setting;
• Control expenses of subordinate product specialists. Sales Management and Business Planning:
• Monitor sales to supervised accounts ensuring meeting assigned business plan goals;
• Aggregate and analyze sales data as well as market data in order to assist to business growth objectives accordingly;
• Communicate with distributors assuring they are adequately familiar with EES&E products’ features and fully compliant with HCC regulation and Russian legislation;
• Develop and communicate to management recommendation regarding sales strategy, sales processes optimization and market share growth;
• Work with departments across the company to assure business goals are being met.
Reporting:
• Report to Sales Director EES&E;
• Collect all necessary sales-related reporting from subordinate product specialists;
• Produce all necessary sales-related planning and reporting in Russian and English (weekly and monthly sales reports; regional business plans; regional business review reports; market share reports; SWOT analyses; risk assessments; etc.);
• Submit all necessary advance reports in full compliance with existing guidelines;
• Develop, obtain approval and follow business travel plan and assist subordinates with business-related travel planning and reporting.
Other:
• Communicate with key opinion leaders regarding professional education, research, other development opportunities;
• Work with Product Manager to develop, follow and report for professional education activities plan;
• Work with clinical staff to ensure clinical support for new EES&E products as well as internal product training and certification for subordinate product specialists;
Qualifications
Key Requirements:
• Higher education degree in business, strategy and/or economics related field;
• Successful sales record with the Johnson & Johnson family of companies in Russia and CIS;
• Proven people management skills;
• Proven fluency in business English;
• Strong communication skills;
• Ability to work in a dynamic environment and meet pressing deadlines;
• Teamwork orientation;
• Willingness to master concepts of EES&E product line in a very short period of time;
• Ability to travel extensively;
• Driver’s license
