Description
PURPOSE
To enhance sales management process and system that will helps to improve the effectiveness of sales operation.
WORKING RELATIONSHIPS
Internal Contact:
- sales, finance, supply chain, marketing, HR, PA, HCC & legal
External Contact:
- third party who assist on enhancing the sales management process and system (if any)
KEY ACCOUNTABILITIES
- Develop & streamline SOP to ensure operation follow compliance requirement
- Develop internal efficient communication platform & related documents / format
- Design annual trading terms framework / commercial policy & standard contracts / agreements template to serve company strategy & follow legal guidance
- Manage & maintain sales information database & ensure its accuracy
- As SAP system key user to maintain & update customer related information
- Generate routine sales report on the timely and accurate manner
- sales performance report(region, city, key account, individual sales representative, brand, platform, etc.)
- sales daily, weekly & monthly report
- sales data collection & cleaning
- sales dashboard designing & distribution
- key account off take data
- etc.
- Support field sales in terms of:
- provide ECP required information (eg. operating license, registration documents, etc.)
- trade letters / contract refining / notice preparation
- customer rebate / trade incentive calculation, checking & application
- sales expense consolidation & tracking
- Sales forecasting, gap analysis & action plan consolidation & follow
up
- Other company assigned projects or tasks
Qualifications
REQUIREMENTS
- Minimum education required: college degree.
- 3-5 years secretary and administration working experience.
- Proactive & hard work spirit
- Excellent interpersonal skill required.
- Teamwork oriented skill required to implement cross-functional projects.
