- Sales Force Effectiveness Manager

Build up & develop sales analysis, performance management, sales force productivity improvement related program, infrastructure, database, etc to uplift sales organization execution efficiency & drive performance improvement

China - Sales, Marketing, Finance, HR, Supply Chain, PA, ITS

AP - regional SFE function
- Focus on broader strategic view on how to improve overall productivity in sales force- encompassing sales force structure, deployment, incentives, which includes benchmarking, setting and measuring KPIs.
- Ensuring the design, development and delivery of effective territory management / business analysis / sales reward system, tools and quality information.
- Provide sales force productivity analysis & solid solutions based upon related specific issues to sales leaders.
- Sales execution efficiency including store segmentation, call frequency definition, call time optimization, call coverage analysis & optimization, etc.
- Sales performance management including annual & quarterly target setting, performance tracking & measurement system development, performance analysis & improvement proposal, etc.
- Develop sales competency development structure, roadmap. Facilitate relevant program designing, deployment & evaluation via PERM cycle. (per company further assignment)
- Lead POA whole process flawless deployment including planning, sales team communication (POA meeting) & execution tracking. (per company further assignment)

Coordinate internal important projects to be flawlessly deployed including NPS, DMS, Fusion, etc.

Qualifications

- Bachelor or above & business management major or other related
- Minimum of 8 years sales analysis & performance management working experience
- 2-3 years field sales working experience preferred
- 3-5 years people management experience is needed
- Strong numbers and analytical skills - in-depth knowledge of analytical tools, models and methodologies.
- Good MIS technique is a plus
- Fluent English in oral & written skill is needed
- Good learning agility & hands on attitude
- Good interpersonal communication skill
Good collaboration & coordination skill
