Description
PURPOSE
Independent interface between HQ CMKT, regional KAM and sales (local Key Account and Territory /IO Sales). Process responsibility is to be the strategic arm of Sales.
WORKING RELATIONSHIPS
Internal:
National CMKT(customer marketing), Regional sales Manager, Local KA manager, Sales Force Effectiveness Manager, Central Procumbent team, local PAC team and HQ finance team.
External:
Local Customers, event/ merchandising agencies etc.
KEY ACCOUNTABILITIES
A) Cascade HQ CMKT plan to regional detail execution plan for local KAM and territory sales conduct field execution to achieve regional KA & store level KPI.
- develop detail POA execution and allocation plan to city level/LKA level.
- conduct business review, execution tracking and propose adjustment for optimization.
B) To engage Local KA with Customized Plan base on deep CVP understanding and category knowledge, to win in store
- Plan & implement customer/ consumer focussed strategies and initiatives, focusing on specific account activity.
- Develop activities/ programs i.e. trainings, seminars etc. to provide updated technical and market knowledge to ECP in order to upgrade the professionalism in their daily work.
C) Develop channel strategy according to national Customer Marketing Strategy and base on regional marketing situation with local budget to drive KPI achievement.
- Develop channel strategy with detail plan to optimise the investment or resources.
- Manage local TP budgets for planning and tracking, including promotion, road-show, rebate etc.
- Conduct post promotion analysis to evaluate ROI of trade/ consumer promotion.
Qualifications
Bachelor’s degree or preferably with MBA or Master.
Minimum 3 years sales/marketing, plus trade marketing experience is preferred.
Strategic thinking with clear logic and strong analysis skill, self-starter and excellent execution (good attention to detail and follow-up)
Strong collaborative and excellent interpersonal, oral and written communications skills.
Project management skills – the ability to apply project management skills to manage multiple projects.
Teamwork oriented skill required to implement cross-functional projects.
