Primary Responsibilities:

Improve the overall PMO metrics.

The other areas of focus are:

• Support the generation of weekly program status reports, working closely with deployment project managers on key issues, actions, and risks

• Support the creation of power point materials for Steering Committee meetings and Executive reporting

• Helps to manage the resource on-boarding, program rosters, and program-level logistics; including integration with program tools (e.g., SharePoint)

• Ensures existing tools, metrics, and reports are providing accurate information based on the data provided

• Support PMO project schedule and attainment strategies

Qualifications


Requirements

• Candidates must be legally authorized to work in the U.S. and must not require sponsorship for employment visa status now or in the future (e.g. H1-B status).

• Minimum GPA of 3.0 is preferred -Cumulative.

• Must currently be enrolled (not necessarily taking classes) in an accredited college or university and pursuing a graduate degree in business during the time of internship.Proficiency with Microsoft Office, Microsoft Excel strongly preferred.

• Demonstrate strong analytical and quantitative skills, excellent communication, and presentation skills, leadership qualities.

• Ability to manage multiple projects and initiatives all while maintaining a strong sense of urgency.

• Be a self-starter with ability to work independently within a matrix environment where tight timelines exist.

• Must be able to provide your own transportation to and from work on a daily basis.

• Candidate must be able to work full time (40 hours per week) during the 3 month summer intern session.
