Back to Basics (BtB) Junior Solution Architecture Analyst to support BtB solution architects for design and development for BtB SAP ERP solution
Major Responsibilities
Coordinate the meeting to collect the business and system requirements to develop a baseline and target business/Application/Data/Integration architecture that describes the system process, data integration strategy, organizational, functional, process, information, and geographic aspects of the business environment, based on business
Develop and build an system model that represents concepts, relationships, constraints, rules, operations, and specifies process, system and data
Create the solution architecture documents for system process, data flow process, integration architecture
Physical Demands/Location
Global position
If staffed outside current deploying area must be willing to adapt to flexible schedule to meet time-zone requirements of deploying region and must be willing to adopt up to an additional 25% travel
The work environment is a normal office setting
Domestic/International travel is required up to 50% of the time. Peak periods of travel may be near 100% for 1-2 months around go-lives

Qualifications
Knowledge of software development process that encompasses system analysis approaches, software development methodologies, software technology standards, and integration technologies that allow diverse applications to share information, processes, and behaviors
Knowledge of the design and development of multiple applications and the integrations between them to achieve a broad set of business objectives
Knowledge of creation of a solution that enables disparate systems to exchange information through the use of adapters or common middleware software
Ability to build an information model that represents concepts, relationships, constraints, rules, and specifies process, system and data
Candidates must be legally authorized to work in the U.S. and must not require sponsorship for employment visa status now or in the future (e.g. H1-B status).
Minimum GPA of 3.0 Cumulative is preferred.
Must currently be enrolled (not necessarily taking classes during the coop) in an accredited college or university and pursuing an undergraduate or graduate degree during the time of co-op.
Proficiency with Microsoft Office, Microsoft Excel strongly preferred.
Demonstrate strong analytical and quantitative skills, excellent communication, and presentation skills, leadership qualities.
Ability to manage multiple projects and initiatives and while maintaining a strong sense of urgency.
Be a self-starter with ability to work independently within a matrix environment where tight timelines exist.
Must be able to provide your own transportation to and from work on a daily basis.
Candidate must be able to work full time (40 hours per week) during the 6 month co-op session.
Majors required are Information Technology, Computer Science, Operations Research, Chemical Process, Mechanical Engineering
