Janssen Pharmaceuticals, Inc., is recruiting for two Senior Financial Analysts, Government Contract Compliance, based in Titusville, NJ.

This position is accountable for supporting several areas within Government Contract Compliance, performing Government Pricing calculations for several J&J Operating Companies. This includes ensuring compliance with applicable company policies and procedures and the Johnson & Johnson Government Contract Compliance Program. In addition, this position will develop and improve processes and SOPs related to compliance, conduct the annual self-assessment process and coordinate training and control activities.

Specific requirement include:

Performing government-mandated calculations (AMP, BP, ASP, 340B, NFAMP, FCP, etc.) for various franchises. This involves analyzing and interpreting data trends in order to comment on variances in the calculation results from month to month, quarter to quarter, or versus WAC. Develop and improve processes and SOPs related to compliance as well as participate in the annual self-assessment process. Support government contracting, such as sub-ceiling price offerings, authorized generic analysis, Blanket Purchase Agreements, etc. as required by the business. Support the FSS contract for various franchises by ensuring compliance to government requirements, such as timely reporting of changes in tracking customer pricing, new product additions, deletion of old products, etc.

Qualifications


A minimum of a Bachelor's degree is required, preferably a major in Accounting or Finance. A CPA, CMA, or other financial certifications are preferred. A minimum of 3 years finance or related business experience is required. Experience in pharmaceuticals, managed care, or government healthcare programs (Medicaid, PHS, etc.) are a strong plus. Candidate must possess excellent analytical (MS Excel), communication, and interpersonal skills. Individual must work well in a dynamic team environment and be able to recommend and implement process improvements, work independently, and handle multiple tasks simultaneously. The ability to effectively take on leadership roles in various functions is required. This area is complex and will require a person who can learn quickly.
