The Senior Financial Analyst will provide financial and analytical support to the CPC Beauty Marketing Organization with a concentrated focus on the Aveeno ® Brand Equity. He/she will directly support the Group Brand Director and their respective team members as well as create strategic partnerships with other cross functional partners in Sales Strategy, Supply Chain, Project Management, Business Planning & Analytics and the Skin Global Franchise Organization. Job responsibilities include but are not limited to providing strategic financial leadership with Sales and P&L Forecasting, Profit Log Management, New Product Evaluation, Promotional Analysis, P&L Reporting and Analysis and Brand Marketing Expense Management. Responsibilities also include monthly close, SOX compliance, ad hoc analysis and special projects. Strategic ad-hoc analysis that have historically been performed are product cost improvement projects, packaging, pricing, SKU productivity and support of Licensing & Acquisitions.
Qualifications
A minimum of a Bachelors degree is required with preferably a major in Accounting or Finance. An MBA, CPA, CMA, or other financial certifications will be a plus. A minimum of three years finance or related business experience is required. Experience in the pharmaceutical, medical device or consumer products industries as well as public accounting is preferred. Candidate must possess excellent analytical skills including strong capabilities in Excel and familiarity with SAP. Excellent communication, business partnering, interpersonal skills, ability to think creatively and work in a dynamic team environment is required. Individual must be able to recommend and implement process improvements, work independently, deal with complexity and handle multiple tasks simultaneously. The ability to effectively take on proactive leadership roles in projects and think strategically is required. This position is located in Skillman, NJ.
