Job responsibilities:
- Support monthly close activities in reviewing monthly financial statements including P&L, balance sheet
- Assist the finance manager to ensure that effective internal controls are in place and ensure compliance with company internal codes and local regulatory laws and rules for financial and tax reporting
- Participate in the analysis and evaluation for key projects to accelerate business growth
- Assist in the analysis, strategy and planning of investments, global projects and initiatives as needed
- Provide support to the finance manager for other ad-hoc projects and initiatives as needed
- Back-up for other analysts
Qualifications
Preferred Qualifications:
§ Minimum 1-year experience in finance/accounting function in MNCs
- BA/BS in Accounting, Finance, or Economics or related degree from accredited university
- Attention to detail, results oriented, customer focus, strong team player
- Proficient in MS Excel, Word and PowerPoint
- Ability to deal with ambiguity, strong problem solving skills
- Strong verbal and written communication skills, ability to translate data into meaningful information
