Be Vital In this role:
As a Product Safety Associate, your dedication will be to process customer queries regarding servicing and repairs for our medical devices and capital equipment. You will ensure all product safety queries are handled according to regulatory guidelines and company policy and manage the return of complaint samples. You will deal with both internal and external stakeholders with product related issues and by using your troubleshooting skills, you will partner with them to provide advice and guidance to resolve the issue.
Qualifications
Be Valued for Who You Are:
You will need to possess extremely strong verbal and written communication skills and have prior experience in dealing with internal and external stakeholders. Preferably you will possess a background in a Science related fields as you will need to understand and be able to assess each event based on Health Authority criteria and report accordingly. You will have meticulous attention to detail, strong report writing skills, and an awareness of the importance of ISO 13485/ISO 9001 and good manufacturing practice. Your logical approach to problem solving will be integral to your success
Your demonstrated experience in a quality, drug safety or adverse events will be highly regarded. Or you may be working in Clinical Research but looking for a change of pace. Regardless of your previous background, your strong interpersonal and stakeholder management skills, science background and customer orientation will be drivers to your success.
