An exciting opportunity has arisen in Auckland to manage the Ethicon Portfolio. The Business Manager is responsible for the Account Solutions and Surgical / Energy team in the North Island. Reporting to the NZ Country Director this position involves:
• Leading, motivating and developing a dynamic customer focused sales team
• Providing support and coaching to field sales staff
• Developing and maintaining relationships with external stakeholders such as Medical Professionals, Procurement and Hospital Management
• Business discussions and negotiations with DHBs and PHARMAC
• Manage sales; profitability and increase market share for existing and potential customers
• Develop strategy and achieve business plans
• Meet forecasts and objectives
