Johnson & Johnson is currently recruiting for a Senior IT Analyst, Global Release & Change Management. This position will be based in Raritan, NJ.

Roles & Responsibilities of the position include the following:
- Prepare and update change and release management process documentation.
- Ensure change management processes are successfully designed, deployed and managed.
- Develop, manage and analyze metrics to improve quality and efficiency.
- Represent, as needed, the change management role on project teams to ensure project strategy integrates successfully with change management compliance and controls.
- Help prepare documentation and test evidence as needed for periodic audits.
- Setup and run large organizational meetings (ex. Change Advisory Board) including publishing agenda and minutes.
- Metrics preparation and management for leadership dashboards.
- Working with SAP Solution Manager for change ticket management and process control management.

Qualifications


A Bachelor's degree from an accredited institution is required. A degree in Information Technology, Computer Science, Business, Process Management or Risk Management is preferred. A minimum of three (3) years of broad IT applications experience is required, preferably in a large global organization. Fluency in MS Word, PowerPoint & Excel is required. Ability to work across multiple countries and cultures is required. Tolerance to a high level of ambiguity is required. Good facilitation skills, written and verbal communication skills are required. Ability to function independently is required. A good understanding of how your area of process expertise interrelates with other core IT processes and/or influence IT colleagues to redefine processes in order to ensure alignment is required.

A good understanding of SAP software or technology and/or SAP Solution Manager is preferred. A good working knowledge of HP Quality Center is preferred. Experience with preparing, recording and analyzing metrics is preferred. Hands on application development and/or hands on testing experience is preferred. General familiarity with the PMO functions and good working knowledge of SDLC methodology is preferred. Exposure to a formal application Change and Release Management processes is preferred. Familiarity with Sarbanes Oxley, Audit Compliance, and Application Audits is preferred. This position will be based in Raritan, NJ.
