General description:
The Sales Specialist is responsible to coordinate and represent the business model Ethicon Surgical Solutions. In this role, the Ethicon Solutions Specialist provides support to Ethicon Sales Force by maintaining an existing customer base through assurance of the quality of service provided and is responsible for the implementation and follow up of new integral solutions projects.
Main responsibilities:
Activities may include but are not limited to the following:
- To Provide operational support to Sales Force in existing and new accounts where this business model exists.
- To coordinate and manage suppliers (Equipment, Technical Service Agencies, etc)
- To manage complex situations with internal and external customers/suppliers
- Strategic analysis to enhance productivity, service and quality level and to identify opportunities.
- To provide timely response to problems, customer needs, etc…
- Achieve operational business goals in line with CREDO Values
- Interaction with Corporate Business and Non Clinical Stakeholder.
- Operational Budget control
Reports to: CLS Integral Services Lead
Qualifications
Experience:
- BA/BS/Engeering advanced degree or equivalent preferred and a minimum of 3-4 years business experience.
- Required experience: knowledge of customer service principles and practices; managing people; customer service experience; knowledge of administration and business processes, understanding of financials.
- Ability to make things happen
