Description
- Design and manage excellent customer engagement infrastructure that based on customer insights to improve customer royalty and retention.
- Collect, consolidate and analyze customer insights according to defined procedures/system. Initiate coordination with the internal/external personnel such as sales, customer services, logistics, warehouse and finance to ensure the customer retention activities are taken in accordance. Support supervisor/sales supervisor to meet customer needs.
- Design and execute point rewards; Process customer orders/changes according to established department policies / procedures. Oversee delivery system based on customers’ delivery requirements and electronically process delivery orders. Track feedback from transportation or warehousing service providers/ suppliers/ carriers/logistics etc. to ensure timely order delivery. Communicate timely with customers on delivery status.
- Organize patient education and relevant customer-relative activities.
- Communicate with customer on relevant information, and design and coordinate education program.

Qualifications

- Bachelor’s degree required
- Rich experience in CRM or brand management
- Excellent analytical skills.
- Demonstrated leadership ability in dynamic, fast growing business category
- Strong communication and presentation skills in Chinese and English orally and written
- Adept business knowledge, organizational abilities.
