Johnson & Johnson (Medical Devices and Diagnostics Department) is looking for a strong candidate with communication and interpersonal skills, team-oriented, self-motivated, multi-task management and problem-solving abilities. The candidate must have leadership skill and be able to work under business stress conditions.
Responsible for all marketing and sales activities to achieve the business' objectives within business policies and guidelines as well as departmental budget. This job is not eligible for sales incentives/sales commissions.
Duties & Responsibilities:
- Directs marketing and sales activities to ensure that short and long range sales volumes and projects are achieved.
- Collaborates with product development staff to implement product modifications or improvements to product line. Provides input for the development of products which anticipate and serve a customer need/solution approach.
- Oversees the development of sales processes and pricing models. Motivates marketing and sales staff.
- Coaches and mentors subordinates and appraises subordinate performance. Develops and implements short and long range sales and marketing plans.
- Formulates marketing objectives, policies, sales organization structure, sales and marketing programs to achieve maximum sales and profit. Identifies new markets and applications to assure volume growth.
Qualifications
KEY REQUIREMENTS
- University degree
- Minimum of 5 years of leadership experience with continuous & proven track record of success with P&L responsibility
- Knowledge of MD&D environment, ideally Orthopeadics completed by the knowledge of other markets or other industries when relevant.
- Experience in various models of business would be an advantage
- Strong leadership skills, ability to structure and further develop a team of people, retain motivation and infuse spirit relevant to the company culture, vision and business strategy.
- Collaborative leadership is required
- International experience highly desired
