The WW Director Customer Experience is responsible for: Rebranding OCD while engaging global employees and customers throughout the journey and process; Establishing and communicating the OCD value proposition to key stakeholders creating advocacy, attracting new customers, and strong brand preference; and Streamlining internal processes that impact our ability to delight customers creating organizational efficiencies using metrics. Additionally, this role will be: Leading “solutions marketing” efforts to enable our global sales teams to create value and sell/market intangibles such as services, solutions such as software upgrades, inventory management systems, etc; Engaging and educating OCD employees on customer focus metrics and experience initiatives; Will be a strong people leader; and Contribute to Product marketing; Brand marketing; Lifecycle management marketing.
Qualifications
A Bachelor's degree is required, and a Master’s preferred. At least ten years marketing experience with demonstrated success in product management, brand management and global strategy; Strong strategic thinking and attention to detail; Proven ability to work within a matrix organizational structure and act as a respected influencer to accomplish changes within the organization; Must be an excellent communicator; and Demonstrated ability to influence cross functional partners, large organizational change, develop cross-functional internal sponsors, inspire trust, build alignment, and influence others to achieve desired customer experience outcomes. Prior experience managing others is required. International Marketing experience is preferred. This position will require up to 25% globally and is located in Raritan, NJ
