• Be responsible for people management and manage sales executives
• Build up and deliver competent KOLs strategy
• Design and implement benchmarking Prof Ed and CME events in designated territory
• Team work by closely cooperating with marketing team and other territory for any business synergy
• Be responsible for distributor management
Qualifications
• Mature personality with positive attitude
• Passionate and disciplined for business growth
• Strong in people development
• At least 2 years of business management experience
• Good business sense in decision making
• Strong people skills in communication, sales coaching, motivation, and situational leadership
• Hard worker, willingness of frequent business travel
