Description
Ensure daily smooth operations of import and export, which are in fully compliance with law and regulations
Vendor management for I/E companies & Customs brokers: selection, evaluation, audit, contract management
KPI control for import, export operation performance
Importation payments and purchasing documents management.
Data management & improvement in systems for import and export operation, ensure data consistency in Customs system and match with ERP as well as physically
Other responsibilities defined in written procedures.
Complete adherence to local legislation and guidelines and implementation of company policies and procedures
Review process and manage projects for continuous improvement
Cross function collaboration to ensure a high level customer satisfaction
Keep documentation for import and export per GOP/SOP
Responsible for assessing industry environment and people risk that may lead to business impact
As JNJ interface to well communicate with relevant government functions, e.g. Customs office, CIQ, SAFE, CMTC, etc
Qualifications
Experience
Rich job experience in importation, especially for import handling in free trade zone
Experience in Healthcare industry and MD&D industry is preferred.
Be familiar with Customs Law/Regulatory and foreign trade practice
Education
Bachelor Degree in Logistics, International trading, or related
