An opportunity has arisen for a dedicated and passionate ‘Sales Associate’ to join our highly regarded Trauma division.
Be Vital in this role...
Reporting into the Regional Sales Manager, you will be part of the Queensland team where you will build and develop strong hospital relationships, ensuring our customers are conversant with the use of the DePuy Synthes Trauma portfolio.
The ability to develop and manage relationships with surgeon and nursing based clients is critical and experience in operating theatres would be advantageous (but not essential).
Key to your success will be confidence in your ability to work effectively in the operating theatre, demonstrating a high level of clinical expertise whilst being extremely effective at imparting information of a highly technical nature.
You will have a passion for the medical devices and healthcare industry, have outstanding communication skills and the ability to impart technical information.

To be successful, you will require:
- Preferably Tertiary qualified within a related discipline e.g. Nursing, Physiotherapy, Sports / Applied Science.
- Highly committed and flexible to meet the requirements of this challenging and demanding position;
- An outstanding communicator, with the ability to confidently impart technical information;
- Mature, passionate and tenacious.
A proven Hospital Sales track record (especially surgical sales) would be highly regarded.
