Medical Devices & Diagnostics Global Services, LLC, a division of the Johnson & Johnson Family of Companies, is recruiting for an Analytics IT Lead. This position is located in Bridgewater, NJ. Travel up to 30% is required.
Medical Devices & Diagnostics Global Services, LLC., represents more than 60 manufacturing sites and 26,000 employees who plan, source, manufacture and deliver high-quality and cost-effective medical products to our customers around the globe each day. Work of the MD&D organization supports a multitude of product platforms, new products and delivery systems that are used in a wide range of procedures throughout the healthcare industry, including interventional cardiology, electrophysiology, minimally invasive surgery, hospital sterilization, clinical laboratory testing, diabetes management, joint replacement surgery and vision care.
The Analytics IT Lead will be responsible for the following: Responsible for technical architecture and solution delivery to meet analytical needs related to Complaint and Service Management for MD&D products across J&J; Supports Business Analytics Lead in evaluating, suggesting and supporting technical solutions design and development to support analytics business requirements; Understand the impact of dashboards/reports/ad hoc to business operations; Review and approve Analytics functional and technical design documents; Support requirements & traceability for analytics requirements; Responsible for designing, testing and deploying support procedures and work instructions to support the analytics solution; Identify and escalate risks and issues related to Analytics design and delivery to the business and the PMO; Support architecture and code reviews for ETL, Analytics and visualization solutions; Support unit testing, system testing, integration testing, UAT testing and defect tracking and triaging activities; Review end user training material and support the delivery of end user training activities; Manage and provide oversight to the Analytics technical team; Supports Wave to Wave continuity.
Qualifications
A minimum of a Bachelor’s Degree is required. A minimum of 5 years of progressive IT experience is required. Experience in data warehousing, analytics, dashboards and visualization techniques is required. Experience in OBIEE and/or Tableau is required. Experience building strong relationships with key stakeholders across business units is required. Understanding of SDLC (Software Development Lifecycle) is required. Experience with advanced analytics tools such as SAS, R is preferred. Experience with visualization delivery approach, tool implementation expertise and how different visualizations convey different messages is preferred. Experience in Life Sciences is preferred. Experience in a validation environment is preferred. Strong organizational, interpersonal and communication skills is required. Strong team leadership with a proven track record of leading and developing team is preferred. Strong presentation development and delivery skills are required. PMP and/or ITIL certification is preferred.
