SUMMARY:
The HCC Manager, Third Party Intermediary Risk Management is a core member of the JJMC HCC function, reporting to the Senior HCC Manager, Medical Solutions and Projects. The Manager is responsible for risk management for third party intermediaries by partnering with HCC business partners, key business process owners, and Regional Business Practices & Compliance function.

ESSENTIAL DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES include the following. Other duties may be assigned.
- Lead the TPI due diligence process in company
- Establish TPI due diligence inventory
- Provide training to business sponsors, finance lead, managing director, channel management, HCC team, and other related parties.
- Ensure high quality and efficient due diligence process by providing guidance, check completeness, track progress
- Partner with channel management team and other TPI interfaces to ensure annual training to TPIs and annual certification by TPIs are completed within required timeline
- Provide status report and metrics for TPI due diligence.

Qualifications
EDUCATION and EXPERIENCE:
- BA/BS, advanced degree or equivalent preferred
- Minimum of 5 years business experience
- Knowledge of the J&J HCBI Guide, FCPA and related regulations.
SKILLS and ABILITIES:
- Demonstrate strong organisational, interpersonal and communication skills
- Breadth of experience in all areas of:
o Compliance and regulation
o Devising and implementing SOPs
o Testing and monitoring
o Training
- Independent and objective thinker, able to advance ideas and influence others
- Manages conflicts in an open and constructive manner
- Excels at developing and maintaining effective partnerships and working relationships with key stakeholders at all levels of organisation based on an understanding of their concerns, needs and motivations.
- Strong drive for results and solution orientated
- Fluent in English (reading, writing, verbal)
- High level of integrity with good ethical core values
- Ability to make and stand by difficult decisions
- Good interpersonal skills
