Responsibilities:
· To provide full HR strategic partnership to supported business units/functions
· To develop and execute HR strategy in business unit according to the business strategy and drive the business growth via building critical organization capability
· To partner with business leader to develop a highly effective and capable leadership team
· To lead capability building through attracting, developing and retaining the right talents by leveraging HR service capability
· Influence and partner with business managers to make appropriate assessments of employees performance and potential, retention risk and develop action plans to drive employee engagement
· Foster a positive working environment to support leaders shaping the credo-based culture. Timely communication with employees to pulse morale and learn their concerns and requirements, ensure clear understanding of HR policies and processes.
· Provide analysis based on the data and key findings based on the organization diagnoses to make recommendation for line leaders/managers to motivate and retain the team
· Assess people management capability based on the future business requirement and build capability and gap areas to meet long team organization goals
Qualifications
· Bachelor degree and above
· Minimum 5 years HR experience in multinational company with solid HR knowledge and skills
· Candidate with medical/pharm business partner experience will be prioritized
· Excellent communication skills and interpersonal sensitivity
· Strong leadership and influence skills
· Passion on talent and organization savvy
· Fluent in both English and Chinese
