Role Overview
Responsible for the assessment, prioritization, planning and implementation of projects in support of current & future business needs
Responsibilities
- Accountable for determining the impact of changes to business capabilities, organizational structure, people, policies and procedures
- Analyze business requirements and processes and translate into project objectives
- Provide guidance regarding the development of business cases relative to the proposed solutions
- Lead large complex projects from conception to implementation, on time and within budget
- Ensure project deliverables are aligned with business expectations
- Develop project scope, risk/benefit analysis and cost estimates
- Establish project resource requirements during lifecycle of various projects
- Review with stakeholders and business partners and obtain approval
- Review and manage project plans, timelines and budgets including objectives, tasks, expenses, deliverables, staffing assignments, contracted personnel and task dependency networks
- Direct project work progress and makes revisions to plan as necessary
- Identify issues affecting project work Schedules, prioritize and delegate project work assignments as required
- Track and document progress
- Reallocate resources as needed
- Review and submit status reports, briefings, financial analysis reports, time reports and other project control documents for assigned projects
- Present to project stakeholders, management, execute
Qualifications
Qualifications
- A minimum of a Bachelor Degree is required. MS, MA or MBA is preferred
- A minimum of 6 years leading cross-functional teams
- Keen working knowledge of project management
- Ability to utilize project management concepts and systemic problem solving methodologies
- Effective written and oral communication skills in English and ideally French
- Strong collaboration, partnering and negotiation skills
- Committed to expanding technical and business expertise
- Knowledge of GMP's and the FDA
