Technical Services Operations Lead
Under limited supervision the Service Business Analyst is responsible for providing support to the technical services field users with the system and act as a liaison with the IT group. This role would be responsible for managing all software releases and patches from a business perspective for the service application. This role is also responsible for generating analytical reports to facilitate strategic business decisions.
Responsibilities:
The Technical Services Operations Lead supervises the compliance, parts planning activities and business analysis in the department, manages the support of the service system and the creation of new reports and maintains existing reports. S/he generates artifacts like Use Case Diagrams, Process Flows etc. to map existing and future state processes, manages the Documentation of Requirements document, Functional design documents, test scripts and other artifacts required for a release. S/he determines multiple options to achieving a business problem, using system and process updates, manages the Working with business owners to develop requirement specifications, test protocols, and provides risk analysis, validation support and implementation documentation and coordinates with the business partner community to revise or modify procedures to solve complex problems or improves existing processes.
The Technical Services Operations Lead manages the Formulation and building of complex analytical reports to help make important business decisions and supports department audits and manages the department readiness for audits. S/he provides with process improvement ideas and helps execute them from issues identified from a compliance perspective, manages the Follow up on open system issues as required, and achieving of continued customer delight and maintains a high level of customer satisfaction relative to process analysis and training. S/he evaluates customer needs and recommends measures to avoid future issues and acts as a customer advocate to represent customer needs internally. S/he develops formal customer training based on key issues identified, conducts system training for in-house users and assures issues identified by the users are appropriately addressed during and after trainings. S/he escalates system performance, functional or technical issues appropriately, completes all required trainings required for supported products and processes and maintains advanced technical self-competence, knowledge of procedures and related skills. S/he understands and complies with all requirements as defined by management and outlined in current standard operating procedures.

Qualifications
Requirements:
The Technical Services Operations Lead must possess a Bachelor’s Degree or 5 years of experience in business analysis. S/he must have the ability to travel overnight up to 25% as required. 5+ years of experience in Business Analysis/Operations is required. Experience working in a highly regulated industry or healthcare technology industry is preferred. Experience with System support is preferred. Experience with business analysis and process mapping is required. Clinical knowledge of healthcare industry is preferred. Troubleshooting skills of issues with a system like Siebel are preferred.
The Technical Services Operations Lead must be proven team player with excellent verbal and written communication skills. S/he must possess the understanding of enterprise applications and its architecture; have Organizational skills, Knowledge of service business and Knowledge of Health Care Compliance.
This position is located in Irwindale & Diamond Bar, CA and requires up to 15% travel.
