Johnson & Johnson (Vision Care division) is looking for a strong candidate with communication and interpersonal skills, team-oriented, self-motivated, multi-task management and problem-solving abilities. The candidate must have leadership skill and be able to work under business stress conditions.

Main responsibilities:

Key responsibilities will relate to analytics for the overall business and specific departments – Sales/KAs, Marketing, Market development.
- Health of the business country dashboard (Sales, share, customer satisfaction, etc.)
- Pricing framework analysis and tracking
- Prices and price ladders reviews
- Channels dashboard
- Territory and sales targets analysis
- Sales Force Effectiveness dashboard
- New business projects support
- Continuous optimization of analytics processes, systems and tools

Требования к кандидату

Job Requirements:
- Be able to work in a Senior Leadership team and drive collaboration amongst functions
- Be able to shape/upgrade key business health dashboards and improve analytics processes and tools
- Have solid financial understanding and technical skills
- Fully understand all technical & clinical product features & benefits of ACUVUE Brand Contact Lenses
- Understand local market needs
- Understand the local legal & regulatory environment

Definition of success:
- Country BP targets met (NTS, share, customer satisfaction, profit)
- Dashboards in place
- Process and tools optimization implemented

Qualifications:
- Strong analytics background. Finance background is a plus.
- 5+ yrs experience in multinational company
- Excellent written and oral communication skills
- Team working ability
