General description:
The analyst is responsible of transactional Compensation activities, transactional pricing activities and local reporting related to sales ops processes. He/she is also responsible for the assurance of the accuracy of the data provided.
Main responsibilities:
The analyst will be responsible for all transactional activities of the SP&O department which may include but not be limited to the following:
- Manages transactional pricing and sales compensation processes
- Responsible of data maintenance within ERP
- Perform internal pricing audits
- Responsible of Credit Notes review and authorization
- Support SP&O projects and ad-hoc activities
Reports to: SP&O Manager
Qualifications
Experience:
- JDe Knowledge with a minimum of 3-4 years business experience.
- Preferably experience in Customer Assistance/Service area with strong attention to detail
- J&J Company understanding
- Ability to understand and manipulate large amount of data
- Strong MS Office skills
- Problem solving & communication skills
- Team player
