An incredibly exciting opportunity to shape the future direction of the Australian and New Zealand enterprise to place the customer at the heart of all that we do, and promote strategy alignment and Excellence in Execution across the entire organisation.
The PMO Director will be responsible for leading long-range strategic planning across MD&D and create, develop and implement the MD&D Project Management Office.
Key outcomes will include the best use of company resources in accordance with strategic growth and profitability objectives; best practice management of the overall project portfolio to ensure the right projects are selected and that projects are executed on time and budget while delivering the defined function.
The PMO Director will work with members of the commercial and support functions to deliver customer focussed, value-adding solutions across the JJM ANZ organisation.
Qualifications
Be valued for who you are
In order to be successful in this role, you will be an experienced Project Director who has managed corporate strategy development and large scale projects in a complex, matrix global organisation. Your experience can be across IT, supply chain, logistics, operations or manufacturing and you will possess a degree in a relevant field.
You will be Green Belt qualified (or higher) in LEAN Six Sigma, or other Process Improvement Methodologies and your analytical thinking, technical analysis and data manipulation skills will be at the highest level. You enjoy working in an environment where you can demonstrate your strong change management and influencing skills and lead a team through change and ambiguity.
Partnering with multiple stakeholders in the organisation, you will demonstrate strategic thinking skills whilst you seek areas for improvement across the business. You will be a champion for process improvement with the needs of our customers and the customer experience as a key priority.
