Business Relationship Management, Business Systems Analysis and Project Management, operations support
GENERAL RESPONSIBLITIES
- Responsible for managing and/or leading execution of projects on end to end basis by coordinating activities with various other IT groups and business.
- Performs risk assessment in project delivery/progress and escalates for resolution.
- Consults to project teams and/or assists in the management of large, complex technology projects involving multiple vendors, multiple technologies.
- Co-ordinates SAP projects where Delivery is with SAP CoE
- Provide Dashboards and other reports to the Management
- Conducts complete diagnosis of most business problems, factoring in a strong understanding of the business processes and anticipating implementation obstacles.
- Clarifies vague, undefined business needs, helping business partners define requirements and determining how to best address them.
- Performs risk assessment and develops a contingency plan with possible alternatives and a recommendation when unanticipated situations arise.
- Works with IT Security & Compliance teams to ensure all IT security & compliance requirements are managed, monitored and met.
- Managing implementation and Integration of multiple systems using different technologies by working with various teams internal and external to J&J.
- Ensures Application Operations support , including BCP

Qualifications
Educational Qualifications: BS, BE, B Tech or MCA
Experience: 10 years of relevant IT experience
Technical Expertise:
- Has strong SDLC knowledge, Familiarity with ITIL processes.
- Understands business issues, and factors them into technical decisions and recommendations.
- Business Analysis, Requirements Gathering, Translation of business requirements into System Solutions, Creation of Functional specs.
Good knowledge and experience in managing SOX related testing, DCMs and submissions
Business Knowledge:
- Has understanding of typical Supply Chain processes and systems in an Enterprise.
- Good understanding of operations and processes in large Distribution Centers shipping products to multiple countries.
- Understands the business impact of different solutions, and can asses and communicate the tradeoffs between business needs, technology requirements, costs and risk.
Additional knowledge, skills, abilities and experience required:
Strong business partnering, analytical, and project management skills. Proven track record in IT systems analysis, design and deployment. Certifications in PM, SDLC and ITIL will be an added plus. Capable of achieving results in a highly-matrixed and global environment.

- Strong written and verbal communication and presentation skills. English speaking.
