Johnson & Johnson Inc., based in Markham, Ontario, is currently recruiting for our Sales Function for the Consumer Healthcare Products Company. Start dates are May/June 2015.

Sales Leadership Development Program

This is a 24-month rotational program that provides accelerated development to build your sales and management skills. Over the 24-month period, you will be assigned to a number of functional roles within Sales, including Account Management (Business Development Manager), Sales Strategy, Sales Analyst, and Category Management.

These assignments will enable you to build brand, category and customer expertise. Based on your assignment, you will be dedicated to either a customer or category. You will analyze business, customer and/or consumer reports, ultimately developing recommendations to ensure our competitive advantage at the retail level. You will be a key member of cross-functional teams, representing the Sales perspective with business plans, new products launches and promotional campaigns.

Qualifications


We are seeking innovative, customer-focused people with either an Undergraduate Degree in Business, Economics, Commerce, Science or Mathematics or an MBA. You should have superior oral and written communication skills, strong analytical skills, good interpersonal and influencing skills and a high level of drive and initiative. You must have the ability to deal with multiple projects and priorities, in a dynamic and team oriented environment. Proficiency with the main computer tools including web applications, MS Office applications and other database applications will also be necessary.
