McNeil Consumer Healthcare, Division of McNEIL-PPC, Inc is recruiting for a Senior Brand Manager, Professional Marketing, Allergy located in Fort Washington, PA.
McNeil Consumer Healthcare Division of McNEIL-PPC, Inc markets a broad range of over-the-counter products, including TYLENOL® acetaminophen products, ZYRTEC® and BENADRYL® allergy medicines, IMODIUM® A-D anti-diarrheal, MOTRIN® IB and SUDAFED® nasal decongestants.
The Senior Brand Manager, Professional Marketing, Allergy, will report to and support the Senior Director Marketing, Professional Sales and Marketing.
The Professional Senior Brand Manager, Allergy, will lead the conception, development and implementation of professionally directed marketing activities for personal and non-personal advertising/promotion programs for ZYRTEC, Children’s ZYRTEC and Other Allergy Professionally promoted brands. This individual will also lead the creation and implementation of brand strategy, product positioning, claims development and launch planning for key new product launches, including the commercialization of Rx to OTC switches. This individual will be responsible for maintaining effective communication of marketing direction to internal colleagues, develop and execute annual professional plans and administer and maintain professional budgets. Works directly with Advertising Agency to collaborate on strategic planning and execution. Works directly with Medical team to collaborate on professional advocacy and claims development. Ability to work with and lead marketing strategies and programs focused on emerging health care trends/external environment, is another critical job component. Additionally, as a key member of the Marketing team, this individual will work closely with the Brand Manager, Consumer Marketing, the Brand Manager, Innovation, and the entire brand team.

Qualifications
A BA/BS in Marketing or a business related field is required. An MBA is preferred. A minimum of 5 plus years of proven progressive experience in Professional/Pharmaceutical Marketing, agency and/or Professional Sales required. Large OTC Brand Management / Consumer marketing experience and/or Professional Advertising Agency experience a strong plus. People management experience is preferred. Candidate must have superior leadership skills, strong communication and organization skills, be able to work in a team environment, and be customer/market oriented. Strong project management skills including stakeholder alignment, milestone delivery and cross-functional team leadership are all required. This position requires up to 10% travel.
