Description
Purpose:
The FM, SAP Order to Cash & Loan Consignment Management (OTC-LCM IT-FM) provides business process and functional support to the J&J Medical Asia Pacific SAP SC users. The primary responsibility of this role is to work with the country/regional Supply Chain & Manufacturing Business Process Owners (OTC RPO) to ensure the regional SAP OTC system supports the ASPAC MD&D business processes, and is seen to provide a competitive advantage for the business. Order to cash includes SAP (SD), pricing and significant interface with FICO, Lean & full warehousing, Inventory Management (MM/WM/), Integration with industry tool MyMediset, Customer Service & Plant Maintenance modules..
The OTC-LCM IT-FM will be the owner of SAP OTC set up and support to MyMediset and defining Repairs & Maintenance process which are supported by the Customer Service & Plant Maintenance modules. Whilst working with the Loan & Consignment Management RPOs and SAP OTC users to deliver business process improvements in a compliant and cost effective manner. The OTC-LCM IT-FM will also contribute to the overall effectiveness of the Enterprise Systems Solutions (ESS) team through active participation in ESS activities and provision of technical and functional support across the various Enterprise Systems processes where possible.
1. Manage escalations from AS technology team (L2/L3).
2. CR (change request) effort estimates and feasibility study. Manages execution of changes through AS teams. Periodic CR updates. Supports Change & release manager for validation and preparing schedules of releases and communication.
3. Part of change control board.
4. Manage relationship with L0, RPOs (regional MRC & country based) and GPOs at Process Level.
5. Approve Design Changes (FS, TS) and gate-keeping system from IT perspective. Business/ Process SMEs with SAP Knowledge (JNJ Resources). Act as solution architect for business process implementation in SAP system.
6. Set-up/configuration changes, Enhancements. Manage L3 resources and also back up.
7. Responsible for SOX testing, compliance process, documentation & training for IT cycles.
8. Train super users (L0) on SAP.
9. Work closely with RPO, Ops managers, key users, IT-BRMs teams and technology suppliers, AS to identify areas of innovation, which lead to productivity improvements or competitive advantage.
10. Guide, lead and review AS consultants engaged to assist with SAP/Non SAP system projects and enhancements.
11. Comply with J&J SDLC and PM standards and deliverables for the System.
12. Problem solving and resolution of testing issues. Provide inputs for regression testing.
13. Oversee the Internet Sales component in CRM space.
- Manages day-to-day systems operations, including personnel, financials and services within area of responsibility.
- Drives company initiatives or programs.
- Provides information technology planning to meet the company's objectives.
- Ensures systems are in place to support local or global operations.
- Meets or exceeds customer requirements with respect to time, cost efficiency & business value.
- Leads, influences and negotiates to achieve business strategies & deliver results for internal/external partner(s).
- Follows quality processes and procedures; executes and evaluates department policy.
- Analyses business processes for reengineering opportunities.
- Anticipates and resolves issues/barriers that impede progress.
- Manages project resources (such as people, equipment) and makes decisions on hiring, terminations and promotions for a highly specialized technical group.
- Contributes to Human Resources related processes such as succession planning, talent management, compensation planning, and performance management.
- Plans, develops, acquires and implements the systems applications functions.
- Guides all operations towards common definitions and standards.
- Establishes improvement processes
Qualifications
Essential:
- 10 to 12 years work experience preferable with Health care Industry in ERP area like SAP.
- Tertiary qualifications at Degree level
- Excellent interpersonal and communication skills.
- Experience with project management, systems implementation, Development
- Very good familiarity with Business Processes of an Enterprise Order to cash, pricing and B2B interfaces & CRM for Internet Sales.
- Knowledge of technology platforms but not limited such as SAP
- Expertise in Sales, Shipping, Billing.
- Expertise in Pricing, Rebates, Taxation.
- Expertise in Intercompany process, third party logistics
- 1-2 years Expertise in MyMediset
- 1-2 years Expertise in Customer Service & Plant Maintenance
- 1-2 years Expertise in Internet Sales for CRM
- Experience in solving post upgrade issues
- Knowledge of SD integration with FI, CO and MM/WM & CRM Internet Sales
- Knowledge of interfaces, IDOCs, RFC, BADI, BAPI.
- Knowledge of the delta functionalities of 4.7 and ECC 6.0
- Knowledge of FI-AR,CIN.
- Knowledge of Sales and Distribution business/Intercompany process in FMCG/Pharma industry.
- Interpersonal and Client Liaison skills.
- Knowledge of GXP/SOX validated environment is preferred
- Knowledge of remedy /quality centre/documentum

· Post Graduate studies in Business Management
