The IT Manager, BRM Digital Production will manage a portfolio of digital media and application development projects that will support the department objectives of providing faster time to market and cost reductions at an enterprise level. In that capacity the incumbent will prioritize projects balancing customer requirements and JAX Studio personnel capacity, use executive level communication skills to juggle competing priorities and schedules while maintaining 100% focus on the satisfaction of J&J stakeholders and be fluent in copy clearance, legal, finance, SDLC and regulatory oversight processes. He/she will lead by example to demonstrate CREDO principals and support environmental objectives. The individual will be responsible for work flow production, training of new employees on covered jobs, and answering job-related questions in one or more areas.
The breakdown of responsibilities are as follows: The IT Manager, BRM Digital Production will utilize, throughout the entire project life cycle, internal and external customer facing executive level communication skills to define project technical and legal requirements, project scope, schedule and share with the Studio staff. (50%) He/she will utilize ERP tools such as MS Project Enterprise, Ariba, and Clarity to organize and manage concurrent projects to meet the Studio goals of on time and on budget delivery. (20%) The IT Manager, BRM Digital Production will also utilize AGILE expertise to produce documentation required by the J&J SDLC to successfully clear required stage gates. (15%) Additionally, the incumbent will utilize project management experience to direct outsourced and/or contractor personnel of both local and international teams. (10%) Lastly, he/she will utilize the knowledge of copy clearance and regulatory oversight processes as it relates to digital content to avoid potential project delays. (5%)
Qualifications
A Bachelor’s Degree is required. A Bachelor's degree in Marketing is preferred. A minimum of 10 years of project management experience for Fortune 500 companies is preferred. A minimum of 10 years of web and online marketing experience for Fortune 500 companies is preferred. A minimum of 5 years project management experience running 5-10 concurrent projects at minimum with budgets of $250,000 USD or more is preferred. 2 or more years of experience in creative digital marketing using iPads or other mobile devices is preferred. A minimum of 10 years of experience with ERP systems including SAP is preferred. 2 or more years of experience with Ariba, Clarity, or comparable enterprise class tools for financial management is required. A minimum of 2 years of experience with DRUPAL OR other CMS project experience is preferred.
