Description

Responsibility:

Ø Discover/create surgeons’ needs of Biosurgery products in surgery

Ø Define the key influence factors in the Biosurgery adoption process

Ø Build up the systematic academic platform to enhance the KOL endorsement on ES Biosurgery products.

Ø Develop effective Biosurgery strategy in key procedures

Ø Lead and execute marketing program, such as conference, workshops and road shows to build up Ethicon Biosurgery awareness in an efficient way.

Ø Proactively push the clinical data generation & application

Ø Provide regular trainings to the sales team on products and procedures

Ø Develop supporting materials such as brochures, selling aids, posters, and newsletters.

Qualifications


Requirements:

Ø Medical/pharmaceutical Sales experience 2-3 year, surgical product preferred

Ø Marketing experience 1-2 years

Ø Good English oral and written communication

Ø Medical education background preferred
