SENIOR SCIENTIST-9613140123
Description
Janssen R&D, a member of Johnson & Johnson’s Family of companies, is recruiting for a Senior Scientist, for the Estrela venture within the Janssen Incubator, located in Spring House, PA.
Estrela is an entrepreneurial, scientifically-driven, Lupus-focused venture team within the newly established Janssen Incubator of Janssen R&D. We receive milestone-based funding and are leveraging external and Janssen R&D functional support to progress bio-therapeutic assets to clinical proof-of-mechanism in Lupus. We are committed to partnering with the external health care community, delivering superior biomedicines, and discovering patient-centric solutions for Lupus.
The Senior Scientist will work within Estrela, with external CROs, and with internal and external partners to develop and implement strategies to identify and validate pharmacodynamic and patient stratification biomarkers for investigational lupus therapies within the Estrela venture. The successful candidate will be highly motivated; responsible for the QC and analysis of large gene expression and proteomic data sets, and for integrating these data sets with patient clinical metadata, to probe for novel correlations across multiple parameters and donors. The successful candidate will oversee data quality, ensure compliance with appropriate regulations, policies and SOPs, providing both raw and regulatory submission quality graphed data and QC’d reports.
Thriving on a diverse company culture, celebrating the uniqueness of our employees and committed to inclusion. Proud to be an equal opportunity employer.
