Executive summary of the role:

Provide the LifeScan Benelux Leadership team with full support in view of administration and execution excellence in order to facilitate the leadership team to focus on Key Strategies & Key Performance Indicators. Deal with routine matters independently. Increase the efficiency of the team by the coordination of communication between Business Unit Director Benelux, Leadership team, Sales Team, internal departments in a flexible and pro-active way.

Main areas of responsibility / expected results/objectives of the role:

General admin. support :

- HCC

Contribute in achieving excellence in Health Care Compliance : control input of charges in gxrs/expense notes and take corrective actions in view of follow up of Health Care compliance guidelines

- Assist in HR issues:
-
Assist leadership team in finalizing in due time the 5 conversations, internal contact and responsible for smooth introduction new hires (independent drafting of introduction schedule, 1st point of contact for new hire after start date…) , manage the training schedule for LifeScan employees, centralize info on weekend/evening work for the sales team, etc...

- Logistics/Travel

Main contact in view of logistics issues (move of offices, installation of desks, printers etc…)

Supporting role for the ISO/Quality Lead

Contract follow up :

Facilitate sign off process of contracts : assure necessary approvals (from initiator/legal /HCC…) are present to facilitate signing of contracts by Business Unit Director

- Coordinate agenda’s / meetings / travel - ad hoc tasks, for Business Unit Director and Benelux Leadership Team
- Major role in follow up on action items of Business Unit Director & Leadership team
- Leading role in providing assistance Leadership Team for system use/processes/programs (Comp Nav, Talent Nav,
Fieldglass , )…
- “Power User “ for e- ICD (electronic filing of legal documents)

Main leadership commitments involved in the role:

- Connect:
- Closely follow up and manage the agenda’s of the BUL and other members of the leadership team in order to facilitate their meetings and commitments
- As primary contact for the BUL and leadership team, play a major role in their accessibility for internal LifeScan contacts or external contacts
- Forge internal collaboration across all levels of the organization
- As liaison between the various members of the leadership team , as well as between the leadership team and the entire LifeScan Benelux team, you play an important role in the coordination of the internal communication

- Shape:
- Contribute in shaping the organization by a major contribution in achieving the Quality & Compliance standards of the company

- Lead:
- Follow up and implementation of training plans
- 1st line contact for all employees in the company for all questions

- Deliver:
- Supporting the BUD and leadership team so they can maximize their contribution in delivering the business plans.

Qualifications


Required:

- Bachelor degree or equivalent through experience
- Language skills: Dutch, English, French
- Responsibility and discretion
