This is an exciting opportunity for someone looking for a career development opportunity and to move into a sales training role. You may be looking to move from a specialty sales or sales management position into training. Your sales and account management experience within the pharmaceutical/ devices/ healthcare industry will be essential. It would be ideal if you have experience within the Diabetes therapeutic area.

Reporting to the Sales Operations Manager, you will be responsible for improving overall sales force effectiveness through the provision of innovative training solutions. As such you will be expected to foster an environment of collaboration, mutual respect and continual growth and development. This is a great opportunity in which you can contribute at a strategic level and have real input into identifying relevant opportunities to develop and coach our high performing teams.

In this role, your responsibilities will include:

- In depth training needs analysis
- Development of strategic training plans
- Leading the development & delivery of Conference and Cycle Meeting sessions
- Integration and alignment of patient focused training strategies with overall organisational and sales & marketing strategies
- Maintaining up-to-date knowledge on relevant products.
- Establishing and implementing an employee self-development plan
- Budget management for additional training requirements

Qualifications

You will ideally demonstrate proven sales skills within the pharmaceutical/healthcare industry as well as strong presentation and technical skills. You will have a passion for proactively identifying requirements and developing innovative and relevant training for our diverse teams and strong leadership potential. Previous sales experience and/ or key account management experience would be highly advantageous. You will be degree qualified and your strategic expertise, commercial acumen, consultative and flexible style will be essential in instilling confidence and building relationships with key stakeholders across the organisation.
