In Italy, Janssen SpA (located in Borgo San Michele - Latina) is looking for a SUPPLY CHAIN PACKAGING MANAGER to be enrolled in the Production Plant with a PERMANENT CONTRACT.
The Supply Chain Packaging Manager will lead a group of planners, will be accountant for KPI's related to Supply Chain, will lead the connection with brother organizations (internal and external) and will be part of the Narcotic Internal Value Chain.
Qualifications
- master’s degree in Business, Technical or Operations;
- at least 10 years of relevant experience;
- experience with several of the following processes: inventory management, supply chain management, supply planning, process excellence (Lean, 6sigma, …), systems (SAP R/3, APO, BW), other cross-functional business processes common to the pharmaceutical and biopharmaceutical industry;
- excellent analytical skills required;
- proficiency with Microsoft software packages (Excel, Powerpoint, Word, Access,…);
- demonstrated ability to work across organizational boundaries in an international environment through influencing, negotiating and partnering;
- excellent communication skills
Language skills: English
Flexible hours needed on ad hoc basis to accommodate working with different time zones.
